3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Vinyl Adhesive – Very High Quality Vinyl Bonding Adhesive Plastisicer Resistant High Specification
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 1099 is a fast drying adhesive with good resistance to plasticiser migration. Air dried bonds have high strength, resist weathering, water, oil and most solvents.
Excellent for bonding:
- Vinyl extrusions and sheeting (may stain thin or light-colored vinyls)

- Plastics

Recommended Applications:
- Bonding most vinyls and plastics (not recommended for polyolefin plastic bonding)
